Krummel is the Afrikaans word for crumb. Krimmel is spelled wrong. She knows. Three Afrikaans teachers have told her. That's kind of the whole point — nothing here is supposed to be perfect. It's just supposed to be real, and made for you.

Baker by everything else.
Karah is 19. She studies Business Science, dances hip hop, watches her dog Charlie watch her bake, and has personally caused at least one grown adult to cry at a birthday party. (Good tears. Cake tears.)
She started krimmel because she couldn't not. Her friends kept asking for cakes. Her family kept ordering cookies. At some point you stop calling it a hobby and start calling it a business.
She takes orders for celebrations, catering, and the random Tuesday when you just need brownies and someone to validate you. She's not trying to be a big commercial bakery. She's trying to be your baker.

Celebration cakes
Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, "we got engaged" parties, "I survived this week" Fridays. Custom designs, custom flavours, the kind of frosting that will end your relationship with grocery-store cake forever.
Cookies & treats
Chocolate chip. Snickerdoodles. White chocolate cranberry. A few experiments she hasn't named yet. Order by the dozen — eat the dozen — pretend you shared.
Sweet things
Brownies. Cupcakes. Rusks. The occasional questionable experiment. If it's sweet and lives in a kitchen, she's probably figured out a version of it — or she will, if you ask nicely.
She'll bring the
sweet stuff to your thing.
Corporate launch. Wedding dessert table. Birthday catering. Baby shower. Bridal shower. The dessert table at your event will become the photo everyone takes. She's done this before — she knows.
